Project Description
Shafer Construction built this house in Saucon Valley in 1994. Since then, we have added 1,500 square feet and updated the existing house in 2007. The new addition balances the original house, and the colors make it look warm and homey. The fireplace below was single-sided, but now it is double-sided and is the focal point of both rooms. From the new addition looking into the old house, you can see every room on the first floor.
