Project Description
This huge master bath has a separate toilet room, closet, and direct access to the patio and pool. The tub was cut into a single slab of granite, and the same material flows from the windowsills, over the knee-wall, and onto the dual sinks. In order to make this happen, we had to plan this during the framing stages of the project. The hand chiseled edge took a full day to cut. Commercial bar sinks were modified to under mount onto the granite. Picture windows and skylights flood the room with natural light. We built a custom his and her shower and set the height of the body jets, control valves, and showerheads to each specific height. They share a separate rain head in the ceiling and handheld unit. A huge niche, custom lighting, and tile make for a spa-like feel. The radiant heat in the floor and seat make it feel warm and toasty in the winter. The built in towel cubbies, heated towel bar, and outlets inside the cabinets ensures that everything has a place.
